To maintain the integrity of the Summit, all registration requests must be pre-qualified.

Accommodation
Software AG will pay for a maximum of :
Two nights accommodation based on single room occupancy for invited delegates from January 19th to 21st
at the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, or equivalent.
All room incidentals such as room service, consumption of food from the mini bar of the hotel guest room, laundry, press, overseas telephone calls, etc. will be charged to the attendee’s personal account. This list is not exhaustive.
In case of no shows, Software AG will charge the length of intended stay.
1) This is a by-invitation only event. The invitation is not transferrable.
2) Partners are allowed to nominate additional sales and technical staff to the event. However, all expenses incurred – accommodation, airfare, airport transfers, registration fee, etc., will have to be borne by the relevant partner office.
3) Seats and accommodation to the Summit are limited, and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
4) Software AG reserves the right to amend the program without prior notice.
